Grrrrr

I am bitter.

I can't find any of my cables to show off how cute my boys were on Halloween.

That is #1, let's see how many thing I can complain about...

#2, The fam is suffering from some stomach bug. Sad.
#3, My job (yes, the part time one) sucks right now. AND it made me late picking up The Creature from school. I called the school and gave them a heads up, but I still felt like a horrible mom.
#4, Money? Who has it? No one, so I need to shut up.
#5, >:( The Beastie pulled the letter "u" off of this keyboard yesterday... typing is awkward right now.
#6, My house is messy. I try to get caught up, but there is just too much!
#7, I gave up chocolate like 4 months ago, because I thought it would help clear up my face... it did........ Until this month - I look like I am a Freshman in high school. Needless to say I had a bite of The Beastie's chocolate chip cookie this afternoon. (it can't get worse.)

ok I'll stop. Sorry, I just needed to vent. I will find my cables and post pictures.

Now I am watching Modern Family - I feel better (It is so funny!)

+/-

This whole post I will probably be complaining about The Creature. He just turned 5, is that the new age of a teenager? I mean ATTITUDE! I swear, he is a PMSn teenage girl. I know in this family a lot of our mood depends on our blood-sugar, not that we are diabetic, we just get crabby if there is no food in the tummy. The Creature may not live to see 6, I'm a little worried. BUT BUT BUT - he is being such a good boy at school. His teacher has given him super blue twice (you get to pick a toy out of the treasure chest if you are really really good.) He has never had a yellow or red (for the bad kids) Like any parent I am so glad he is being a good boy at school. You would much rather a kid that is good at school / brat at home, then the other way around, but I just don't know what to do with him.

The Creature can be very sweet, just like any kid. We had a lot of fun last weekend making Mickey Mouse pancakes:

OH The Beastie - I'm worried I wont make it to 29.
He just spilt all the water out of his humidifier.
AAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

SSSskateboarding... SSSschool... SSSsoccer

I just looked over at The Beastie and he is trying to skate board on the block holder from IKEA. What am I going to do with him?!?!?? He is not even two yet!

(<-IKEA block holder)

I am so bummed: I can't find the cable for my camera to dump 1st Day of School pictures onto the computer. Luckily I took pictures on my phone...

The Creature LOVES Kindergarten. He only has positive things to say about school.

I also didn't take pictures of his first soccer game. My in-laws brought their camera, so I just need to get a copy from them. I wouldn't have had time take a picture anyway... I yelled the whole time. (I am such a soccer mom) Not bad yelling, I was just so excited for the team, and I know all the kid's names, so I became this obnoxious mom. The Creature had a grin from ear to ear the whole game. The Hubs is such a good coach. We tied with the other team, but he said, 'I don't are what the score is, I just wanted the kids to have fun.'

it's like pheobe realizing she DOES want that Volvo

I am SO PMSn. The Hubs keeps asking what's wrong, but really, it's nothing, it's everything... Obviously I am just PMSing.
I feel like I got a lot done today, which is good, but there is nothing to show for it.

I have to get use to: Monday = soccer practice, Tuesday = mutual, Wednesday = soccer practice, thurs, fri... etc. I know everyone has crazy schedules too, I just needed to whine.

It's hit'n me hard...

I am a soccer mom now, aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Some pics from my phone

The Creature's preschool took a field trip to 'the fun house' in our ward. The boys had a lot of fun.

Poor Beastie has a busted up nose. He pulled the toddler basketball hoop on his nose.

Here is the picture of The Creature winning the Tour of France:

The boys playing with sidewalk chalk.

The Creature wrote 'milk' but it looks like M.I.L.F. (I know I already put this on Facebook, but it makes me laugh!)

Journal Entry

I survived Girl’s Camp! Woo hoo!
It actually went really, really well. My 14 girls got along SO well, and they really care for one another, I am so lucky. The 5 days were packed full of activities so it went by fast for me, but I am pooped! I feel like I can’t recover. It is really weird sitting down at a computer – I haven’t touched one in a week and a half!
My poor husband had a rough week while I was gone – I feel bad. BUT, he was able to take Thursday off and he took the boys to the river. A ‘man’s trip’ if you will. It must have been fun, but I wouldn’t know – he forgot the camera. The Creature isn’t scared of the water anymore (hallelujah) and does fine on his own in a life vest, and The Beastie is just a fish, he loves the water. I bet they were so cute just the boys.
I thought The Beastie was going to be mad at me for being gone for five days, but he was fine. My mom and I swapped cars/boys at a gas station and I could tell by The Beastie’s confused face he was thinking: ‘You have been at a gas station this whole time?!?!?!’ He was cute – by the time we got back to my house I was forgiven. The Creature slept all the way home, so I figured it would take him a while to ‘come to’ but as soon as I opened the van door he said. “You have been gone for a LONG time,” and he gave me a big hug. It was so cute, of course my eyes leaked a little bit.
NOW I have to come back to reality. No one else is cooking food for me, it sucks! I have to change poopy diapers again, and man, my kids like to climb on me, I forgot about that. Grrr. The Creature has been so cute. The past two days he has pretended to be in the Tour de France, and he is wearing his dad’s cycling clothes, he is so funny! He also grabbed two toys and put his arms in the air like the winners of the day do in the Tour de France but they hold up a trophy and a stuffed lion – I swear that kid’s imagination is just like mine was at this age.
The Beastie has been perfecting his grasp of the English language. His favorite sayings are: “I want down,” and “What is this?” He is now working on “On your mark get set GO!” Of course he says go really well. His favorite thing to do is try on his brother’s shoes. He was just walking around wearing one flip flop and slip on Vans.
Ok, now I have to go back to cleaning my house – what a mess!
